Pixel Art

Here is a showcase of pixel/sprite art that I've made.

Astro-bot running animation. I was inspired to make this during a time when my kids and I were playing countless hours of the character's first full game. If you haven't played it then I couldn't recommend it more. It's a relatively simple platformer, therefore highly accessible, but there's sufficient challenges for those that seek it. The levels are colourful, varied and full of exciting gimmicks.

Sonic Adventure styled characters using the sprite style from the first Sonic the Hedgehog game on the Sega Megadrive. Including the palette and size restrictions imposed for sprites by the console hardware. Well, almost at least, Shadow is a couple of pixels higher than he ought to be.
